How gorgeous… I miss some proper snow where I live now! Used to have lots and lots back home… It makes the dark months a bit magical…with the moonlight reflecting on the white, or the sun sparkling on it… Sigh… And the creaking sound of walking on fresh snow… I miss it all :)!!
I know what you mean, I love all of those special things about winter too! There is something wonderful about experiencing each season in a spectacular way! 🙂
Not every winter brings this much snow, at least it hasn’t for years. But we seemed to have even more than this when I was a kid. I think that is why the quote felt so familiar! 😉

Beautiful snow. Love the quote. But am glad we have no snow at this moment.

That is a lot of snow! At that point, you’ve got to hold on to your imagination to make you smile! 😉
